Are tables provided for vendors?: We will have some vendor tables available for you to use, but if you can, please bring your own rectangle table.

Audience: ALL Kansas City Northland home educators
Vendor fee: $27
Event overview: This is an evening event that invites all home educators in the Kansas City Northland to participate in a vendor fair and professional learning on being a home educator. It's our goal to highlight YOU because you are the resources they need when they feel lost or like they're not doing good enough. Your support helps them and their children thrive and that's what we plan to communicate to them.

Deadline to register as a vendor: July 28, 2026
Vendor acceptance: You will be notified by email upon your acceptance as a vendor. We anticipate accepting most, if not all, vendors.

Conference Organizers
Amy Hartgrove is the founder of The Good Life Homeschool Center in Pleasant Valley and current home educator. She is a former public school educator and church youth and family director. She is an engaged community member that thrives off of relationships and serving. The enrollment at her center has doubled in one year!
Annie Palmer is a former public school leader/education consultant and current home educator and founder of Steward Your Education, an organization that was formed to support parents and educators in non-traditional settings. She is engaged and driven to help others reimagine education so that students and families can thrive. She is also very passionate about serving!
